Moist, delicious chocolate cake with simple buttercream frosting and sprinkled lightly with sweetened coconut flakes. The mountain is chocolate cake and the top part  is Rice Krispies, covered in fondant and buttercream frosting. The houses are made from Rice Krispies and covered in fondant. The Grinch, dog and trees are made from modelling chocolate. All other decorations are made from fondant.
