The mountain is part cake, part rice krispies covered in fondant with icing and shredded coconut. The trees are made from pretzel sticks and modelling chocolate. The bear eating a salmon is made from fondant.
The main ingredients of this delicious, dense, and moist cake are Italian Amaretti cookies, almonds, and semi-sweet chocolate. The cake is lightly dusted with cocoa powder and fresh raspberries are scattered around.
Aromatic, moist, flourless cake lightly dusted with confectioners’ sugar.
